This is a joke. They allocated a million shares to the directors. Carl vertuca received 200k more after sitting in one meeting. And he is salaried as board member. This is lawsuit material. Look up vertuca. Guy is a theif and is under investigation for embezzlement. This BOD is stripping the shareholders and slowly the outstanding shares will be 90M by quarters end.
