The company is of the opinion that this is a material event that requires a news release as it may establish a steady demand channel for Bermal's stone products.

One of the targeted companies divisions is in the process of establishing a stone-cutting and sheet rock manufacturing outlet. The merger would use products supplied by Bermal Contracting.
