Of course, that's referring to KATX owning 163 million shares of Kat Gold, 161 million of which will go to those who owned on July 16th. So, even if the distribution never took place (which I believe it WILL), KATX still owns 98% of Kat Gold (who does own Handcamp)

Yes, it's all a bit confusing. But maybe this does clear it up a little.
