present share structure should allow for a stable pps of .01-.10 provided the land deals come through. The Financing could and might come through the United States Government...as Rare Earth Mining has been addressed as a Critical Security Risk, also the Government has appropriated funds for promising start up mining company's due to China's position on exports of REE for this purpose. Still looking for those cheap shares!!! But...Yes, we still have a long way to penny land...however it might be a short ride.
