I have no idea, I'm not sure how that's handled, I'm no expert with SEC, but...either way the DEF 14C is what's needed here...and the ex-date that's the big question mark, if they change that, I don't know if the PRE still qualifies...but, that's why the DEF 14C is probably more important at this point...even though I have seen companies still have the their PREs qualify after drastic changes (very strange how the SEC works)
