China has 95% of the world's REEs and probably 110% of the NEED for REEs to support their plans. While the U.S. is doing virtually NOTHING to replace its crumbling infastructure and antiquated power grid, China is building for the future. Smart people the Chinese - and PATIENT.
What used to be considered "mineable" quantities of REEs is going to change.
If you were dying of thirst and the only water you could get was from a puddle in the street, you wouldn't wait for a bottle of Evian to appear.
If there are certain REEs at Rusty Ridge in any quantity, then that property is very valuable. Whether investors and "the market" realize that yet or not is the question.
