Not sure if he could raise enough money with a subpenny stock to get much. If edwin was trying to run off with the dough there would not be $200,000 in surplus with the ministry of mining. The annual reports should come out soon and then we will know how much he raised since the 3q. People keep talking about a SEC investigation and how edwin and Karin are running a scam have not got a clue what a scam is in my opinion.
