That would be anybodies guess. So being that it would be nothing more than a guess here is mine. He buys the shell, I am pretty sure that the pps then was .0009, if he does a r/s he then has to increase the pps accordingly. With a higher pps and being virtually new on the scene my guess is that people would have been reluctant to buy in, therefor he would not be pulling in money to finance what he wanted to do. By not doing a r/s my thought is he created a good investor base to get things started. Just my guess.
