per several SEC releases:


"at this time we are not applying rule 201 to NON-NMS stocks.." - Acc441

TRhe FINRA daily short volume reporting changes to include "short exemptions" is not regulated by the SEC.

November 10, 2010 was the date "short exempts" were suppose to begin reporting daily. To date no "short exempts" have been reported for EXPH.
