palm - you are quoting from "The Regina Leader-Post," which the "The Regina Leader-Post" is making a half-assed attempt at quoting the official trade-halt order, and then the revocation of that order. They have twisted it around to the point it is somewhat confusing, obviously, for some more than others.

Here is the "OFFICIAL" rendering of both the Halt and the Revocation of the same. Enough said:

¶ 1 Clean Power Concepts Inc. (Clean Power) is a Nevada corporation that is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets (BCI 51-509).

¶ 2 Clean Power has not filed a copy of its January 13, 2011 news release disclosing its sales agreement with KND Feeds Ltd. of Saskatchewan, as required under Part 7 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102) and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509 (the required record).

¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading in the securities of Clean Power cease until:

1. it files the required record, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and

2. the Executive Director makes an order under section 164 of the Act revoking this order.

¶ 1 On January 14, 2011, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Clean Power Concepts Inc. (Clean Power) cease until it files the required record and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.

¶ 2 Clean Power has filed the required record.

¶ 3 Under section 164 of the Act, the Executive Director orders that the cease trade order is revoked.
