The S-1 Form is a prospectus - A requirement from Kodiak to open the $15 Million equity line - As part of the filing process the SEC sent it back for some changes to be made, the additional filings you see after that are part of those changes - When Flint send the amended S-1 most of the process will have already been done by the SEC which should get it through quicker. At least that's my understanding
