They damn well better start doing SOMETHING to ease the fears of shareholders,and SOON!!!
Just cause Calvin is stepping down(not leaving,just not ceo any more)isn't enough.HFBG might think that helped,but it didn't.
They need to Quit the Dilution(or selling debt,whatever they want to call it),but I fear it's too late.
HFBG RUINEDthey're reputation by PRing there would be no dilution nor raise the AS,and did so anyway.Did they honestly think we forgot that??!!That was the only reason I bought in.I'd been watching HFBG for about 2 years and never bought any shares cause I saw all the dilution and RS,but when they got rid of Twombly and PR'd there'd be no dilution nor an AS raise,I bought in.
Stupid me.
And they think this stunt(CR resigning) is gonna help?

And WHY don't the Big Dogs at HFBG own any common shares?Especially at these prices!!!You'd think the insiders would be scooping these cheapies up,knowing the potential of this company.Makes you go HMMMMMMM!!!

And who bought all those 9mil.share blocks that were going through???!!!
Lots of unanswered questions here.
Most importantly,"why dilute"?
Knowing the potential they have with this(tea and LJs GMM,all they had to do was PR updates.Tell us which stores its going to,tell us how much of the 30,00 cases were sold,when 2nd production will start,how the dessert line was coming along,etc,ad nauseum!!!Simple little truths,and the PPS would have sky rocketed!!!
BUT NO,all they wanted was to dilute.
And WHY???!!!
Do they know there will be the inevitable RS(my opinion only)???
MANY unanswrered questions here and a very sad state of affairs!!!

HFBG needs to buy back shares,retire shares,start giving us meaty PRs with substance and not fluff,the insiders need to start buying shares on the open market,give us HONEST updates as to whats going on,etc,etc.
I could go on and on about what they SHOULD do,but I get more and more frustrated every time I think of this sh_it!!Which leaves me to believe that there WILL be a RS(to be blamed on the new management,of course).
WHY,OH WHY Larry,did you get involved with this???!!!This doesn't look good on you,mon frere!!!
So,advice to LJ:Straighten this mess out WITHOUT a RS or forever be known as HFBG-Home of liars,cheats and thieves.
