Seeing we are all guessing..I think they had a great fourth quarter remember Brownies use to have up to 15 milion a year revenue at one time..so FRDM stated in the purchase 5 to 7 million in rev. for the company...Add jet vac and the 133k from the Clean-fuel rev..plus Jan. and Feb. revenue..All has been paid but 350k due by Feb.25th. If deluted you would have seen a lot more shares sold..What we saw was the float turn over and who knows who picked up the shares..All IMO
