Well if it's a scam I would say notify the SEC with the latest 8k being filed as a purposely constructed falsified document, and then get back with us about your results.

Or just enjoy the "pump job" 8K filings (as you call it), pretty serious 8k with all those exhibits attached wouldn't you say?
