1. Domain www.scimedenthealth.com expired 1-20-11.

2. State Department of NV shows TRDX is a one-man show (Jan Stahl as Pres, Sec, Treas, Dir) and it’s in default.

3. A/S = 2 billion. O/S = 445 mil. (9-30-10).

4. Ticker change alleged to be on horizon 7 months ago. Hasn’t happened.

6. DEAL – DiabetRX Pharma Corp.
Could not find anything on Internet about DiabetRx Pharma Corp.
In fact, the ONLY place it appeared in my searches is in connection with TRDX.
US Patent & Trademark Office searches for DiabetRx and SciMeDent as Assignee failed to produce any results.
No active trademark for DiabetRx exist; in fact, it’s unattainable as a result of being dismissed with prejudice.

7. DEAL - Preferred Distribution, Inc.
Subsidiary.
Peddles dental products.
Gross revenue estimates of www.dentalkit.com alleged to be only $4 mil.
Other dental products peddled at www.preferreddist.com.

8. DEAL – SoleCare
Could not find product on Internet.
Sounds like dime-store manicurist product used for removing calluses.

9. DEAL – Alleged Negotiations with Genesis Bio-Pharma
Alleged deal for breakthru R-954 diabetic compound has gone south. See 11-26-10 press release.

10. DEAL – Alleged negotiations with Eco-Tabs
Nothing more released after 11-9-10 press release claiming negotiations underway.
