Any guesses as to when we might get a glimpse of the 10-K Annual Report? Mike has stated he wants to be a fully reporting company. Did the Laidlaw fiscal year end 12/31/10? Most companies usually release their 10-K's about a month after the fiscal year ends, so I would assume that if Mike follows through on his desire to be fully reporting that we should see this report within the next two to three weeks? Anyone have any ideas on when we might get a look at this?

That depends on what kind of filer the registrant is. A large accelerated filer would have to report by 2/28, if my memory serves. A large filer would report by 3/15, and everybody else by 3/31. I've worked on audits for companies falling into all three categories, but that was years ago and I don't remember too much of the minor details anymore.

I forget the exact formula for determining what kind of filer a company is, but it has to do with the market cap of the free float at 6/30 and whether or not that number is above certain thresholds.

But if they're not technically a registrant by 12/31 then I doubt you would see a 10-K. My guess would be Q111 would be the earliest reporting period.
