I am pretty darn sure you are correct. We are talking about a $7-9M dollar haul by the government (court ordered and assume administered), but I have little doubt that the govt. will, in the end, with some reason suck up all the money. I am also pretty sure the costs to the courts and the SEC don't total the restitution ordered to and agreed to by the defendants, but they WILL find a way.
