Clean Fuel, LLC, also known as Grease-Tec, produces biodiesel from feedstock of waste vegetable oil. The company also produces glycerin, a byproduct of biodiesel production that is refined and used in food products, skin and hair products, oral care products, tobacco products, polyether polyoils, pharmaceuticals products, and alkyd resins. In addition, it engages in the research and development of biodiesel blends using alternative feed stocks, such as brown grease, jatropha, and algae. The company sells its products directly to commercial end-users in the United States. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Orlando, Florida. As of December 13, 2010, Clean Fuel, LLC operates as a subsidiary of Freedom Environmental Services, Inc.
