Since the parking tickets were in 1998, the statute of limitations is up. However, if the parking tickets were in NYC, he probably still has an arrest warrant out for him because that city needs the revenue. Incidentally, a routine parking ticket was $145 back then. The deep gold mines in South Africa such as Durban Deep and Anglo-American would not make money because their break even point is about $1,200 per gold oz. My estimate is that Basin Gulch will need a price of $750-850 to break even. This explains why the property wasn't mined years ago when the price of gold was too low to be profitable.
