The desperation and fear of Media g3's high speed wireless broadband internet communication advances and products to support the needs of the increased data throughput including its rich data solutions as demonstrated by the unwarranted and unsupported attacks against it is a strong indication that the attacks are not just to protect a naked short position.

There seems to be real concern MDGC’s offerings will disrupt the status quo for someone's business and the industry as a whole or will give another company a competitive advantage over another depending on who holds a license from MDGC.

The constant disparaging of MDGC's tech (which has not been formally released to the public), its hard working team, and plans of a developing company just beginning to emerge from R&D, as well as, the steady stream of misinformation about its towers, team members, and the FCC Regulations is very telling to say the least.

I am glad that we are not receiving so-called “fluff” PRs solely for hollow PPS purposes. As my pitch says, we are building a “[s]olid foundation supported by proven technologies, R&D, patents, partnerships, and [have a] convinced core [group of] investors."

The order of things for me would begin with getting the financial reporting in order, and, only then, release a media blitz methodically explaining MDGC’s offerings including its products and services. Finally, building up to the domestic and international reach of MDGC’s tech including projects, partnerships, and licenses. This is where the $10,000,000 in media credits will be put to work.

I am holding strong and my resolve has not diminished in the least because, in the end, I believe we shareholders of MDGC will be rewarded for our patience.
