Hey BB...I joined as Mod as when I came to the board, there wasn't anyone in the role and there were needed occasions for someone to be able to address some of what was posted as well as make some of the stickies available as needed. With regard to the operations here...there aren't any. NPER is really just a play based on their holdings in MDMX. It's worth 'gold'...lol. With their stake in MDMX, NPER has new 'options' available. Time will tell what the owner of this 'shell' (be aware though, there have been no filings that I've been able to come across that identifies this as a 'registered shell'...via 15-12G SEC filing).

Handshake know 1000x's more details than I regarding NPER's owners and is likely better able to speculate as to what potential exists here IMO.
