So all of the sudden, Neomedia owes money to an individual that never actually gave any money to the company....Series C shares, the unlimited share printing scheme now in the hands of anyone!!
I can't believe all this crap!! it just keeps going further and further.
Somebody please explain to me: Why did not YA just sold NEOM shares in the market to pay their duties? Why did they got this guy involved in Neomedia's finances?
