(cwynn probably knows a lot more about this than I do, just using a little common sense here) LOL
10B shares is prolly way too low a number that would eligible for restitution, imo.
During the illegal sale of stock period, many of the shares were traded many times. Each person that purchased the shares from others gets some restitution as well as the first purchaser as they didn't know the shares were illegal too. So if the selling occurs over several months, then the number of beneficial claimants is very large indeed. If there is a distribution, an algorithm will be developed to determine the amount of each persons fair (as possible) amount of restitution based on the time bought and sold the the quantity of shares.
