Here is what I think and of course this is my opinion:
1.) I really like the fact that everytime a PR is released and it has the O/S on it, it is reduced everytime. If they continue to reduce the O/S then eventually the market will appreciate the pps because we will have more buyers then shares available which will then force people to buy at a much higher prices for the shares. Ask your self how many pinks continue to reduce their O/S count?
2.) The financials are incredible. Revenue, assets, and income dramatically increasing and liabilities and O/S decreasing. Ask your self how many pinks has finanical statements like HNSS but is trading around .01?
3.) Anticipating CE Mark approval, which if they get approval then possible contracts could come out from it as they have been approached by 2 large German customers via press release on 11/29/2010.
4.) Anticipating patent information regarding the Microfill-2160. "The company will seek a patent for MicroFill-2160" per press release dated Oct. 20th, 2010.
5.) I personally like their philosphy regarding the pps per press release dated Dec. 22nd, 2010:
"Short selling and management's refusal to deal with short sellers through sales of stock, etc.; and New management's opposition to paid stock promotions which tend to produce stock price peaks and valleys instead of stable increases."
6.) I personally like the fact when a company says the following:
"Results for the year ending December 31, 2010 will be released this month." per press release dated 1-5-2011.
and they followed through with it which speaks louder than words to me.
7.) and finally, anticipated continued growth for 2011. I might be a fool but I've bought into their business plan and how they want to grow. I'm buying on dips whenever possible. They have convinced me that revenue growth is gonna big and the potential is gonna be huge. It's just a matter of time but if you've invested in pinks, it's amazing how easily things can head the other direction. So with that said, I love the risk to reward on this one! Remember this is IMO so GLTU and Go longs and HNSS.
