Do NOT expect the SEC to be watching every PR and deal that BTDG and every other company talks about.
They simply do NOT have the manpower and resources to be that Big Brother Watchdog.

Saying that BTDG mustn't be a scam because they haven't been shut down by the SEC is NOT dealing with the reality of the OTC markets.

The Pinksheets is a shark tank full of crooks.
