interesting..

I just see that GO*G hit .008 today from .001 on a 1.9B! float (a/o Dec 19, 2010 on OTC) and had a very low Accum before the few day run it's been on.

POPT = 498M float and already sky high Accum (with big news imminent). Do the math. 'nuff said. ;)
