I'm very hesitant to trust Dror and his plans
Very smart, Dror cannot be trusted. Play his game, pay attention to the dates he has to make installment payments on buying the shell, look for some fluffy PRs to dump shares to make his payment and get in and out and wait for the next payment due date.
I would anticipate Dror to give himself preferred shares like in HSCO whereby he needs no shareholder votes for anything. AS will most likely rise again.
Don't believe he has any intention of uplisting, he cannot stand the thought of transparency since he would have to file SEC forms and attest to their accuracy.
There will be money to be made if played knowing who is in the game.
