DUNLOP, JOSEPH, State-Certified General Appraiser,
Sandy, UT. Mr. Dunlop surrendered his certification
on July 17, 2008 while under investigation by the
Division. The Division accepted his written surrender
while ongoing investigations were under way for various
violations of USPAP, state law, and administrative rules.
