"Now that the new zoning code has passed, many of the people don't want to continue as heavy industrial," she said. "What I am trying to do there is figure out how we can create a balance in all of that."

Well, you could use the plants for landscaping. That ought to make the place 'trendy'.

Thanks for the opinion regarding the dividend date changing. It hadn't occurred to me that would happen. I had assumed they were counting on publicity from the special report in New York by MSNBC (was it?), and they didn't get it, and were probably also getting jacked around by the FDA, and that's why the payable date hadn't been announced yet.

I just saw the announcement about this issued 22 Dec 10. I see now there are two announcements about this since the last one I read, and now they've added a 3rd class of 'preferred' and the dividend that will be paid on the Class B (current shares) will be (in a nutshell) 2 Class A common for every 10 Class B common and cost you a dollar, i.e. the value of the Class A is $0.50/share, and so the dividend is currently priced into the stock - or would be except that where the value of class b to class a was pegged at 10% to 90%, now it is 3% to 97%.

Myself, I can't see the point in owning Class B after the dividend date.

What's not clear to me is what the 'preferred' is about. What is the incentive to buy it?
