Management did not lie about a buyout it is still ongoing, There is no falsified Ni 43-101 or the SEC would have shut this down. if anyone reads the filing that was made in regard to the NI 43-101 it is very clear that this was done for "PROOF OF CLAIMS ONLY" it is clearly stated in the disclosure.Paul went through this with at least three different groups. Read over the disclosure for yourself. IN the parts of this NI 43-101 that were filed there is NO listing of any reserves. It also does not talk about the areas that were stated by the MOD here. The claims that it does refer to were a part of a joint venture with Stephane Lablanc.
