Fundamentals are only half the picture. Technical Analysis is the other half of the story and do have substantial meaning in the long term aspects of a stock's outlook. The other side of the story concerning the charts on CDIV clearly show it has a strong holding and has very good prospects to climb based on the strong buying we've seen in the past few weeks. This stock should rise with time, regardless of the short term Fundamentals IMHO.
