3 Reverse Splits in a little over a year with 2 of them being followed by huge issuances of shares, the last split as recent as 2 months ago, is OLD NEWS.
The same CEO is still at the helm. This is the 3rd time, he has PR'd a company buy back. The past 2 turned into Reverse Splits. How is none of this relevant?
I understand that people that bought shares don't want to face anything negative about the stock they own. But people looking at the stock to possibly take a position deserve the right to read the Negative as well as the positive. Especially when the facts are publically available and a matter of record.
