Dear Shareholder:
This is a great opportunity to introduce myself as the new CEO of Green Star Energies,
Inc. I am excited to have the opportunity to work alongside Gabriel Prieto, the new Chief
Operating Officer, as our team works to build Green Star Energies into a strong, viable
energy company with a focus on maximizing shareholder value. Shareholders can expect
the near term appointment of additional key managers and independent directors that
compliment our business model as part of our roll out. For detailed information and

Our vision is to build a strong, independent oil and gas company. We will do this through
an aggressive acquisition plan using very specific criteria. Our focus continues to be on
current production in both properties and oil companies where they will be significantly
enhanced through additional re-work and proven secondary recovery methods. There are
a significant number of opportunities in the marketplace that meet these criteria that need
our expertise and capital in order to exploit their oil and gas holdings. We can provide
this for them, establishing for the shareholders our success as a junior oil company with
significant holdings and positive cash flow. More importantly, we will scrutinize every
project with an eye towards maximizing return on investment for our shareholders.
Our focus is on production, as we clear projects through our due diligence, we will share
details of these projects in the coming days and weeks. Thank you for choosing to be
