Do you think professionals are going to want to buy run down duplexes and triplexes? If they do it will be because they are so cheap that they can tear them down and build a new home. I was in real estate for a while and you are like many of the people I dealt with it that profession. There are many streets with signs on them that describe you. ONE WAY!!
