My last post for the day. I would like to hear your analysis. I cannot even think of anything beyond those two possibilities. Wait I guess the shareholder advance could have contributed to the escrow but one half dozen of the other.

As far as the 1 1/2 cent price, under the OPM senerio it would put the JV partner with skin in the game as a 4% shareholder and thus changes the long term prospects for the Company. (future value)

Second that was the SP at the time of the deal. You are not going to ask for a higher price then the stock was trading at the date of the deal.

I might have missed something, BUT I don't think so. I see a picture, others see a bunch of numbers. This deal is for real and these reports prove it. Now we have to close it. We will see very soon.
