Yes, but

1) they would at least be proficient in their native language
2) they would not write the PR's by themselves. Others would review, contribute and correct them. They would not have 4th grade grammar errors in them. This is how NORMAL corporations function. Even BAD and awful corporations don't have such errors in their PRs. Want to contest that? Well show me one besides Emax that doesn't know when to use is vs. was!!

And of course, in this case, the Emax CEO's native language is English, so being foreign would not be an excuse as with some CEOs.

I assume you are now satisfied about what I said about the CEO's sub grade school English? I showed the errors and the grade school level of those grammatical errors.
