I was wondering who you're talking about when you say certain people "think they are doing the right thing by knocking the price down," and why do you think it's dilution? There are plenty of inexperienced traders not to mention the fact that the share price has been in the low 3's for a few days and flippers, happy with 15-20-25-30%, might be taking profit.
