C'est pas la vie I'm afraid ...

Do you honestly believe that USPS is going to bother contacting the guy whenever he does not respond to a registered letter in his PO box? I've been in business, and sent plenty registered letters to customers who do not pay their bills ... If they do not pick up the letter, it just returns to sender after a few days or up to a few weeks, simple as that. This happens in all countries I know of.

On the other hand, do you honestly believe that a registered letter will make a difference here, any difference at all???
A registered letter is just a letter which requires a signature, and by reading it the reader does NOT agree on anything written in that letter. You think he's going to change his (business??)plan with SNRS because of your letter, dream on!

Also, if you really wanted him to read the letter, maybe you should not have made note of it on this board every 5 minutes for the past several days, as now he will know not to accept the letter if he does not want it (I honestly wouldn't, reading your posts/seeing your attitude about this letter, thinking it will change the world)

I don't post here often, nope, but all this letter-hysteria just made me ...
