From the Anne Tahim audit, it explained that the "Bangladesh Tax holiday" was good for the first seven years of operation. Thus, I believe that that covers 1999 - 2005. Both the 2002 and 2003 audits said that Velvet Textile Mills was acquired on 09/01/1999. Just my opinion though.
