Slyder,
I dont think the management meant to say "they have nothing to do with the stock price"
I think what the mean is that there is no much they can do about the daily PPS movement. See a response I got when I asked a similar question back in November.

"That as a management team we cannot focus on the daily price reaction to any news event. Our goal is to further strengthen the business and continue our progress in our distribution platform that is already yielding results. As we move forward, if we continue to improve the value of the company by new system sales coupled with the layering on of the consumables from each sale which represent a recurring revenue stream for the company, we expect to see a corresponding relationship in our stock price to mirror our progress over the long term.
