I'm as skeptical as you , 'benzdealer, but I'm going to take a clue from the trading of the last month-and-a-half ( roughly from Dec 1 '10 to now ) and say that it really does look as though it might be different this time.

Green CMF in December is an anomaly for a stock such as this. So's the divergences in MACD and Stochs. Volume has been picking up since early November.

Last, but not least, I suspect "Sam" wants to cash some of his chips, and wants to do it at higher prices than this.
