Well just call up the standard line and get a rep on the line give him your info and a basic description of what is going on and tell him you want to talk to Eric from corporate. He has been dealing a lot with the SDVI conversion. That is all I had to do when I wanted to get ahold of him. I dont have a direct line to him but some others on this board got a little bit more info on him I didn't write it down though. I believe his last name begins with a T
