Why borrow 3 million to buy back 3 million to go into debt? And the debt is convertible? By that time the price will be even lower, and the debt even more dilutive. I hope you kids are selling into this pop. Maybe the only chance you get. Not to mention they could literally buy enough shares to take the company private:

But that O/S has to be much larger now, thanks to their selling of shares.

Also IMO, the next PR you see will say they are suing the "Bashers" That's always the last resort to try and salvage what little confidence shareholders have left.
