My definition of bid wackers are those who try to buy at the bid causing more harm to the performance to the stock that IMO is not offset by the small savings in $$ (unless it's a huge order).
FYI- I had an order in to add 25000 at the ask of .0315 and they only filled 5K at .0314 and for whatever reason are not filling the rest of my order?? Games.........
