I suspect as a Futurist he has more freedom to express himself, but that said, it does imply change is happening, ( we don't know to what degree), and most likely more coming.
Dr. Bob is a courteous man, if really concerned, ask him. I think that everyone on the team is fully engaged trying to get things done. I expect they are also making plans about Solterra's IPO, remember they are forward thinking and projecting.
Personally, I plan to hold onto my stock with one hand and my hat with the other....to ride the wave that's coming.
