They would have no need to do BK....a reverse merger would make more sense. There are still hundreds of companies that would like to be public and be trading on an exchange.

I agree that an update is needed, if nothing more than to say that they are:

1) looking for a merger partner
2) still looking for financing
3) becoming a shell
4) or whatever
