Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UFSY - News) currently has investments in approximately 603 franchised restaurants and 40 weight-loss clinics in 30 states throughout the United States.

QRVI is one of the "group of restaurants" UFSY has an investment in as well as being considered an "affiliate" with QRVI.

The two companies work hand in hand with eachother to develop the business.
