I agree with longvper. Proper updates/news, financials, insiders buying (if they see value in the company) from company will take SP easily above couple of cents.
As revenue is alreday increasing (as per last PR) and business with BSNL picks up, we can easily go above 10 cents.
I don't think reverse split is the good option at this time.

Lets hope 2011 will bring all we are expecting...
