Well IMO both the real estate and apps can bring in some money. But it will not be much anytime soon. The other endeavors seem similar or may take longer to produce returns. Hell we don't even know what the possibility is since we don't know what their investment is. We just know they invested something. But it can't be much since they have AU frozen and max'd or close to Max'd out they could not have afforded to invest much. So how much can you make on a minimal investment. Real estate is a good example. ONE house. WOW. I am just puzzled how they can get the ball really rolling before June without money to buy something that is produce significant revs. If someone could answer that then maybe the price will begin to rise again.

If someone can make a case that stands up to DD that my view is wrong please counter my reasoning. I want to be wrong. So far we have seen the overly optimistic speculations have been wrong.

There were times that even my very conservative earlier expectations have been too optimistic.
