I am glad for your input. Remember a favorite theory of yours is somebody could be pulling Matin out of a hole.

If so that is fantastic, because this unknown person/group if they take over as CEO may build shareholder value and trust and getting things done and keep Matin from chasing bad ideas.

To try to stay objective though that scenario maybe 10% I would say. I am having a hard time assessing percentage chance for a scam, ie 40 million revenue being a lie without remedy.
